Dubai is preparing to unveil its next record-breaking skyscraper. Just a short distance from the world-famous Burj Khalifa, the Tiger Sky Tower is set to rise as a $1 billion residential skyscraper that promises to redefine urban luxury. Standing at an incredible 1,745 feet (532 meters), the tower is expected to be completed in 2029, taking the title of the world’s tallest residential building and setting new global standards in design, innovation, and engineering.
Located in Business Bay, one of Dubai’s most dynamic districts, the tower will soar 122 stories and house 849 luxury apartments, ranging from one to four bedrooms. It will also include 18 penthouses, and a magnificent Royal Sky Penthouse positioned 1,397 feet (426 meters) above the city. According to Tiger Properties, the developer behind the project, Tiger Sky Tower will be a 122-story masterpiece offering world-class amenities and timeless elegance.
Beyond its record-breaking height, the tower is designed to deliver an extraordinary living experience with three world-first attractions: the highest infinity pool at 1,414 feet (431 meters), the world’s tallest restaurant located just above it, and a tropical rainforest in the sky, perched 1,466 feet (447 meters) high. The latter will feature exotic plants, birds, waterfalls, and even a small roller coaster, bringing a slice of nature to the heart of the desert city.
Furthermore, residents will enjoy an unmatched lifestyle complete with jacuzzis, rooftop pools, BBQ areas, sports courts, a jogging track, children’s play areas, a luxury spa, and a high-tech fitness center. Tiger Properties says the project represents its commitment to crafting living environments that go “above and beyond” expectations, calling Tiger Sky Tower a symbol of perfection and a new benchmark for luxury living in the UAE.
According to Dubai Immo, construction is already underway, and the apartment prices will start at around $600,000 for a one-bedroom unit while exclusive penthouses will cost up to $13.7 million. When completed, in the second half of 2029, the Tiger Sky Tower will transform Dubai’s skyline and also redefine what it means to live among the clouds.
