100 pounds of dynamite were enough to take down the 92-year-old Building 53 at Eastman Business Park in Rochester, New York. The Building 53 is converted to 1,500 tonnes of concrete and iron within a few seconds.

Dozens of people gathered at the point in view of the spectacular demolition.
