Hayward Baker, Inc. (HBI) announces the opening of a new office location in Cleveland, OH.
The new office, which opened in January 2018, is readily accessible not only to northeast Ohio but also to Columbus, Detroit and Cincinnati. The office supports customers and projects in both Ohio and Michigan, and will be led by Will Lueck, Project Manager, with oversight from Ray Franz, Midwest Vice President.
Lueck is a graduate of Bradley University with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and has been employed by Hayward Baker for seven years. When Lueck first started with HBI, he worked as a project manager for a variety of Hayward Baker techniques throughout the Southeast and Midwest. Since then, Lueck has managed projects in all types of specialty geotechnical construction, including support of excavation, compaction grouting, chemical grouting, slurry walls, jet grouting, soil mixing, micropiles, rigid inclusions, and driven piles.
The opening of the Cleveland office represents a commitment to serving Ohio’s expanding infrastructure efforts and market conditions.
Hayward Baker has been working on challenging projects in Ohio for more than 30 years, but serving the area from several regional offices. Our new location in Cleveland will allow us to support our clients locally and to take advantage of significant incoming investments in the Ohio and southeastern Michigan economies. - Ray Franz, Midwest Vice President
Recent Ohio projects include design-build earth retention projects in Springfield and Westfield Center; and ground improvements for the Hog Creek Wind Project in Ada and Edgewater Beach House in Cleveland.
Of particular note is the earth retention and foundation work performed jointly with our sister-company Case Foundation for the Generations of Care project at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. The design-build earth retention system comprised deep, cantilevered, internally-braced and anchored sheetpile walls for support of excavation.
The new Cleveland office of Hayward Baker, Inc. is located at 600 Superior Avenue East, Suite 1300, Cleveland, OH, 44114. For more information on the services offered by the office, contact Will Lueck, Project Manager, at 216-539-9484.
