An under-construction building collapsed in Bengaluru: one worker killed

A partially constructed building collapsed in Suddaguntepalya, Bengaluru resulting to one fatality. More specifically, one worker killed.

The incident occurred during excavation, as reported by Bengaluru DCP South East, CK Baba. Police revealed that two workers were initially trapped in the debris, but one was successfully rescued, while the other tragically succumbed to injuries.

In a similar event from November, a nursery school operated by the Bruhat Bengaluru Nagara Palike (BBMP) collapsed, causing damage to several vehicles; fortunately, no casualties were reported.
