usBIM.maint is a cloud-based facility management software designed to manage different aspects of facility through integrated apps and tools.

It enables dynamic management of BIM models and it allows facility managers and intervention teams to instantly see and review assets and maintenance operations through 2D/3D maps and models.

It can be used in combination with the other apps integrated in the usBIM system: it can be integrated to BIM platforms, Common Data Environment and IoT systems.

The software provides to manage different aspects of facility management through a variety of functionalities, including the below:

creation of personal data sheets and QR code;
creation of an inventory list;
management of repairs and maintenance work orders, ticket management;
analysis of performance by setting specific SLAs and KPIs;
document management;
energy management;
assets, activities and geolocation;
planning of routine and emergency maintenance operations;
