Keller launches new global wellbeing framework Featured

In an ever-changing world, it has never been more important to support employee mental health and wellbeing. Prioritizing wellbeing not only enhances our employees’ health and happiness, it makes good business sense, improving resilience, productivity and performance.

It’s also been hugely encouraging to hear about all the wellbeing activity already underway across our business units globally.”

Keller's new global framework 'Our wellbeing foundations' will help the company build on these strong foundations and increase its' focus on all aspects of Keller people’s wellbeing; ensuring its' people are healthy and fulfilled – at work and at home, now and in the future.
