Speaker: Billy Kelham, Senior Structural Engineer, WSP

Billy is a senior structural engineer who works for WSP in their London office. During the past 4 years he has been involved in the design and construction of Unity Place. Unity Place will serve as the new UK headquarters for Santander banking and be the workstation for around 5,000 employees. Bentley's products provided the tools to design over 84,000m2 of both RC and PT slabs within Unity Place. Its iterative analysis capabilities allowed for efficient design, reducing the overall carbon in the structure to a level that is ahead of the 2030 UK target for carbon produced by office new builds.
