CADS Analyse3D is an inexpensive, entry level structural analysis package that can do 2D and 3D analysis, can be learned in hours without formal training and isn't cluttered with functionality you'll never use!
 
Developed for engineers by engineers CADS Analyse3D makes full use of the windows functionality with tool tips, attractive rendered colour graphics, cut and paste members & joints, and many more features often only found in more expensive 'high-end' applications!

Typical frame types such as trusses, portals and girders can be created in seconds with frame generator macros which are included as standard. Alternatively, frame geometry can be imported from AutoCAD via DXF, simple text files or from MS Excel where users can create complex formula. E.g spirals and non-circular curves.Frame members can be grouped together for automatic BS5950-1:2000 steelwork design.

The software detects the worst case and all members are allocated the same steel section automatically. Printed results can be produced in a summary or detailed format or linked to MS Word for inclusion in a larger report. CADS Analyse3D results can be linked to CADS RC Design software for beams, columns, slabs, bases, pilecaps, etc.
