A new skyscraper by Sobha Realty has officially broken ground in Dubai, rising to a height of 450 meters and featuring a sky-high infinity pool as one of its signature amenities.
Situated in the Sobha Hartland II development, the tower is designed as a mixed-use vertical landmark. In addition to residential units, the plan includes hotel and commercial spaces within the same structure.
One of the standout features is the rooftop infinity pool, located at great height to offer panoramic views across Dubai’s skyline. The concept aims to blend architectural boldness with luxury amenities.
Construction is now underway, with the site prepared and initial works beginning. Developers and architects will proceed with structural, mechanical, and architectural layering to translate the design into full form.
The project underscores Dubai’s continued push in iconic high-rise development and landmark architecture. As a new vertical centerpiece in the Hartland II area, it reflects ambition in both height and experiential living.
