The 3D printer that will be used for its construction will be 7 meters tall and it will print a series of layers which will be then assembled to create the printed office building.
The materials that will be used for the printing of the structure are reinforced concrete and plaster which will be reinforced with glass fibers and plastic. The furniture will also be printed.
The Chinese company Winsun that will take over the printing of the building, has expertise in the field of 3D printing of very big objects.
The structure which will be located in Dubai will have a reduced manufacturing cost and lower labor cost compared to a conventional building.
