On behalf of the Concrete Institute of Australia and the Conference Organising Committee, we invite you to be part of the Institute’s 32nd Biennial National Conference, Concrete 2025.
The Conference will be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre from 7 to 10 September 2025 and we look forward to welcoming CIA members and concrete industry colleagues from all over the world. Under the theme Concrete Solutions for a Sustainable Future the Conference will cover all aspects of concrete materials, design, construction, repair, and maintenance that are relevant to our changing world. The Conference is dedicated to bringing together global leaders in the concrete industry, to discuss and share information on what a sustainable future looks like in the concrete industry, and because of the concrete industry.
The conference, which is to be co-chaired by Tom Benn and Yan Zhuge, will feature a 3 day technical program with over 200 papers and presentations, covering more than 20 concrete topics. Special workshops on sustainability, durability and innovative concrete practice, several key note and invited speakers, and the very important NEXGen forum will also be included.
As always, the Conference will provide a number of Sponsorship and Exhibition opportunities to suit different requirements and objectives, and Concrete 2025 will also host a number of social events including the Concrete 2025 Gala Dinner where the prestigious Awards for Excellence in Concrete will be presented.
With all the local and global sustainability challenges in the concrete and construction industry, Concrete 2025 will offer colleagues from all around the world the opportunity to focus on the solutions that we can take into the future. Sharing research information, innovative and interesting ideas and practical know-how, with a wide variety of industry experts in the world class facilities of the Adelaide Convention Centre and the wonderful state of South Australia.
