Strengthen existing slabs without demolition, using the CHANCE®Interior Slab Bracket by Hubbell

Hubbell Power Systems, Inc. has recently launched the CHANCE interior Slab Bracket (ISB) used for residential and commercial remediation. ISB provides slab on grade support for existing structures using a reducedamount of helical piles.

The process eliminates expensive demolition and slab replacement by installing the system into a small, cored hole in the slab. The geometry of the bracket provides flexibility which allows for a reduction in the number of piles needed or costly replacements of interior finishes. The method reduces overall material and labor costs while achieving load requirements.
