The area's landmark was based on a bold design that had never been tried on that scale and will now pass under the control of state and local authorities after 16 years of construction.

Dar Cairo completes move to new headquarters

DAR AL HANDASAH CAIRO (Shair and Partners) have completed a move to their new LEED Gold-certified headquarters in Smart Village, Cairo. Designed by Perkins+Will, the 41,800-m2 building provides work and amenity space for 2000 staff members.
