International Conference on Advances in Structural and Geotechnical Engineering (ICASGE’23) 6-9 March 2023, Hurghada, Egypt

The Structural Engineering Department of Tanta University has the great pleasure to invite you to participate in the next International Conference on Advances in Structural and Geotechnical Engineering (ICASGE’23). The main theme of the conference is “Shaping the Future by Combining Knowledge and Advanced Techniques in Structural and Geotechnical Engineering”.  The ICASGE’23 shall provide a platform for exchange of ideas and discussions on topics related to advances, innovations, new technologies in Structural, Geotechnical and Construction Engineering. The conference is an outstanding opportunity for senior and young engineers, practitioners, academics, researchers and scientists from Egypt, the region and abroad to share and exchange their knowledge and experiences. This conference is the fifth after the previous four conferences ICASGE'15, ICASGE'17, ICASGE'19 and ICASGE'21 in 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021, respectively. The previous four conferences were very successful. Each conference was attended by about 250 participants from Egypt and many countries such as India, Germany, Portugal, Sudan, Cameroon, Japan, Nigeria, UK, US, and Canada. The previous conferences had many keynote lectures from national and international speakers. Additionally, we had many technical papers that were peer reviewed with good to excellent quality.

This edition of the conference (ICASGE23) shall have distinguished speakers from Canada, UK, USA, Lebanon, Mexico, Netherland, New Zealand, Switzerland and Egypt. There will be an exhibition that brings the attention to new technologies, innovations, techniques and services relevant to the conference.

This edition of the conference will be attended by many board members of the International Society of Sol Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering (ISSMGE) as there will be ISSMGE Board meeting just before the conference.

The conference will be held in a five star resort in Hurghada – the Venice of Egypt on the Red Sea Coast Egypt in March 2023. Please find more details in the conference website (ICASGE'23).
