The 13th Structural Engineering Convention (SEC-2023) to be held at VNIT, Nagpur aims to take this international convention to the newer heights, pioneered in the year 1997 by CSIR SERC, Chennai and IIT Madras. Subsequent conventions were organized by other premier academic institutions and universities of the country. SEC attracts structural engineers working in the academia, research organizations and industries from India and abroad. Although, it is a biennial event, due to COVID19 pandemic it could not be organized after 2018 till 2022 and therefore, Indian Association for Structural Engineering (IASE) decided to organize convention consecutively in 2023 after SEC-2022.
The goal of SEC-2023 is to gather scholars from all over the world to present advances in the relevant fields and to foster an environment conducive for exchanging ideas and information. This convention will also provide an ideal ambience to develop new collaborations and meet experts on the fundamentals, applications, and products of the mentioned fields. SEC 2023 intends to provide a platform for interaction amongst academicians and practicing engineers. We cordially invite you to participate in and contribute toSEC-2023, at VNIT Nagpur.
