The 11th International Conference on Civil and Environmental Engineering (ICCEE 2025) will be held in Wuhan, China, from November 23 to 25, 2025. Wuhan, the capital of Hubei Province in the People’s Republic of China, is the largest city in Hubei and the most populous city in Central China. Its name originates from the historical merger of three towns—Wuchang, Hankou, and Hanyang—collectively known as the “Three Towns of Wuhan.” Located on the eastern Jianghan Plain at the confluence of the Yangtze River and its largest tributary, the Han River, Wuhan is often referred to as the “Nine Provinces’ Thoroughfare.” Owing to its key role in domestic transportation, it is sometimes called “the Chicago of China” by foreign sources.
