I would like to ask if a 30ton(30000kg, 66,000 lbs) tank(3/16"thk) 34' dia. can be lifted by the following attachment

4 flat bars(1"x5" size) will be welded, welding on both sides of 1"x5" steel plate(Fy=300Mpa) on top of tank for 30" long. to act as support for tension
the tank will be lifted by a 250ton crane c/w slings and shackle
the plate will be extended another 16" from top of tank and make a 1 1/2" hole for the shackle to hook for lifting

allowing a Xu of 490Mpa for E49xx electrode.

Will the 4 connected plates can resist to lift the weight of the tank?
