The History Channel seeks a Structural Engineer for a new series, "The Infrastructure Vigilante", produced by Original Productions, the folks behind "The Deadliest Catch", "Ice Road Truckers", "The Colony", "Monster Garage", and many more.

We are seeking an engineering expert who will serve as host of the series and as an advocate for the communities where infrastructures are failing. We are looking for someone who is passionate about structures - their design, safety, and function - and who will be an ardent, tenacious watchdog as he sets out to expose why our "D" rating should be a red flag for us all.

Candidates must have an engineering background, a deep passion for this subject, and the fearlessness it will require for him to not only expose the problem, but to then stand face-to-face with the powers-that-be and demand an overhaul. This is a person who will go on late night television and blow the lid off of this whole problem ? he will go to war on our behalf. This is his cause.

We are looking for the next Mike Rowe. This is the chance of a lifetime for the right individual.
